How is the sampling quantity calculated for CMC 3/5/12/13/14/15

At the end of a year the Notified Body and the client disucss the expected production volume (input material tonnage, output material tonnage) for the next year. Based on this the sampling and analysis plan is setup. 

If needed this is adjusted throughout the year, but generally this is the plan for the year.
