What must the label look like?

Whilst the full requirements and nuances of the requirements for labelling is too much to explain here there is very useful EU wide guidance on labelling. And all requirements are listed in Annex III of the FPR. The best thing you can do as a company is to download the below file and compare this with your own label, and add information that is missing.

Additionally, during a NoBo assessment, we will send you a commented word file with missing information that can subsequently be changed. So prepare as best as possible but we will also raise any issues for compliance.
